ESTSS2019 Abstract Submission

Call for abstracts: November 1 - January 6, 2019 (extended)

 

Welcome to the Abstract Submission System for the ESTSS2019 Conference, 14-16 June 2019, Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

The conference theme is “Trauma in Transition: Building Bridges”.

Of special interest will be contributions closely related to the conference theme of interdisciplinary co-operation and knowledge transfer. Bridges can be built between laboratory and clinic, countries, disciplines and career stages. The conference organizers highly recommend submitters to strive for diversity in their suggested contributions.

Policies:

  • Presentations should be original contributions. Any presentations concerning work that has been presented elsewhere should provide new information or a new perspective relative to the previous presentation(s).
  • Proposal descriptions must be sufficiently detailed to allow the relevance, originality and feasibility to be judged.
  • Incomplete proposals (draft status) will not be considered.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in European Journal of Psychotraumatology (EJPT; 2017 Impact Factor 4.209).

Presentation formats are:

  • Symposium
  • Flashtalk
  • Poster presentation
  • Masterclass
  • Preconference workshops (Note: take place on June 13, 2019)

Submission instructions:

To submit a Flashtalk, Poster, Masterclass or Preconference Workshop:

  • Please select “submit individual abstract”.
  • Choose the desired presentation format to submit your abstract and personal information.

To submit a Symposium:

  1. For Individual Presenters within a Symposium:
    • Please select “submit individual abstract”.
    • Choose the desired presentation format to submit your abstract and personal information.
    • Enter the email address of the symposium convenor to have an automated copy of your abstract ID sent to the convenor.
  2. For chairs / convenors of symposium:
    • Please select “create a symposium";
    • Provide title and brief description for the overall symposium;
    • Select the individual abstracts to build your symposium by adding the abstract IDs of the individual presentations.
